TICKETS AND FEELING THE PLACE
We visited the Contemporary Art Museum in Bucharest on July, 20, 2019, a beautiful Saturday afternoon. This massive building is not friendly at all. We were lucky to be inside the museum when a heavy rainfall started. It blocked us in the pub at the 4th floor of the museum. We had no problem with that, on the contrary, though the prices for drinks are a little bit spicy. Anyway, after you enter the museum, you’ll have to buy the tickets and after that get to the security access gate.
TIMETABLE OF MNAC
Mondays and Thursdays, the Contemporary Art Museum is closed all year. Check on their website for news. From April to November, it is open from 12 PM to 8 PM. From November to April, during winter, it is open from 10 AM to 6 PM. Probably the best way to see the exhibitions here is when you come to visit the House Of People and most foreign tourists do that.
