MALE ARTISTS AT ENESCU FESTIVAL 2021 BUCHAREST

At the 25th edition of Enescu Festival in Bucharest there will perform the most interesting and well-known stars of classical music. Among them we know that male artists like Joshua Bell, Julian Rachlin, Dmitry Sitkovetsky, Leonidas Kavakos and Renaud Capuçon will be at Bucharest at Enescu Festival 2021. Not to mention musicians who know best Enescu’s works like Maxim Vengerov, David Grimal or Nicolas Dautricourt. Bandmasters like Lahav Shani or Vladimir Jurowski, Sir Simon Rattle, Vasily Petrenko, Kristjan Jarvi, Valery Gergiev, Paavo Jarvi will also be here.

Jean-Yves Thibaudet will perform with L’Orchestra dell’Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia together with Daniele Gatti. Pianists like Denis Matsuev, Yefim Bronfman și Fazil Say will also be on stage at this year edition festival.

FEMALE ARTISTS AT ENESCU FESTIVAL 2021

Diana Damrau, Joyce DiDonato, Yuja Wang, Sonya Yoncheva, Khatia Buniatishvili are to perform at Enescu Festival in 2021.

Also, the famous pianist Yuja Wang, will be here with the Mahler Chamber Orchestra. About the soprano Sonya Yoncheva we know is coming for the first time to Romania. The violinist Patricia Kopatchinskaja, will perform in Bucharest with the London Philharmonic Orchestra. Elena Mosuc is also one of the most appreciated sopranos at the moment and also Rodica Vica returns to the Enescu Festival for a special event: Enescu’s oratorio The Undead, performed with the George Enescu Philharmonic Orchestra.

RULES AGAINST COVID AT ENESCU FESTIVAL BUCHAREST 2021

When attending a concert at Bucharest Enescu Festival 2021, you will have to make sure that you have a photo of:

Official proof of vaccination. REMEMBER: it must have passed 10 days since completing the plan.
Negative PCR result of a test. REMEMBER: it must be taken within 48 hours before a concert.
A medical act that proves your previous infection with SARS-CoV-2 and that there are between the 15th and 90th day from testing negative.
A result of a rapid antigen test taken within 24 hours before the event that proves you are negative.
