DANGEROUS FREEZING RAIN ON JANUARY 2019

We have talked to many inhabitants who told us they have never seen such a wild phenomenon in Bucharest and there were about 60 years old. You could actually hear the trees breaking and falling in the morning of January, 26, 2019 in Bucharest. More than 50 cars were almost destroyed, according to police. Not only the weather caused problems in Bucharest this winter. There are also many dead because of the flu. In the whole country at least 39 people died. So, if you come to Bucharest in January of February, make sure you keep safe, don’t contact ill persons, use masks against viruses and be vaccinated.
