UNIQUE CARD FOR BUCHAREST TRANSPORT

A NEW CARD FOR BOTH SUBWAY AND SURFACE TRANSPORT

Since December 10, 2017 and recently from August 2021, a unique access card for both underground transport network and buses, tramways and trolleys is being available. RATB and METROREX, the two companies dealing with the public transport in Bucharest, reported higher prices starting with September 2025. So, both the locals and foreigners can now use the same ticket when taking and changing route by metro in the Romanian capital. The price for 120 minutes journey is now 7 RON.
